Stop surviving, start thriving

Life in Berlin can be intense. Between job challenges, relationships, the crazy dating scene, and the general buzz of the city, it is easy to feel overwhelmed.I have been there myself, stretched so thin that it led to a tearful breakdown.

What pulled me out was a simple yet powerful tool: mindfulness, and I want to share that with you. As a newly CPD-certified Mindfulness Teacher, I am launching a 6-week summer course built specifically for our city life to help you better deal with overwhelm, stress, and just too much of everything.

In this course, you will not learn complicated techniques, nor will you be asked to sit and meditate for 30 minutes every morning. You do not need to carve out extra time only to stress over fitting it into your schedule. Instead, the mindfulness I teach weaves seamlessly into your existing daily routine to protect your mental health and well-being.

By the end of our six weeks together, you will be fully equipped to face the busy autumn season with a relaxed, balanced mind, and you will look at your life with kinder, more loving eyes.

What you need to know:

Start: July 1st, meeting weekly for six weeks until August 5.

When: 6:00 to 7:30 pm

Where: First two sessions in Bodhispace near U Rathaus Neukölln, then out onto the streets of Berlin

Price: 90EUR for the full 6 weeks
