Urban Mindfulness
Stop surviving, start thriving
Berlin is amazing, no question. It's also a lot. The U-Bahn is packed, everyone's in a mood, you've got work piling up, things going on at home, and on top of all that, there's just the general intensity of the place. By mid-morning, you're already running on empty.
Usually, our instinct is to escape. Hoping a weekend in nature will fix our overwhelm, we book yet another self-growth class or a weekend retreat to return to inner calm. And while I really, really love those spaces, they don't help us when we are actually in the thick of our daily lives.
We need a way to deal with stress and overwhelm on the spot, right when we actually need it:
-
During a tough conversation at work or in your relationship
-
When you feel like you are drowning in work
-
When that grumpy neighbor is about to mess up your entire day once again
I call this Urban Mindfulness.
It is the practice of dealing with everyday challenges the exact moment they appear. It is the essential foundation for navigating through life. It is the steady ground from which everything else can grow.
That is exactly what my new 6-week course is all about.
In 6 weeks, you will learn practical tools to help you stop the overwhelm and feel more relaxed and balanced. You won't have to learn complicated techniques, meditate for 30 minutes every morning, or stress over fitting another task into your schedule. Instead, Urban Mindfulness weaves seamlessly into your daily life.
Stop being a victim of your own emotions. Learn to move through whatever life throws at you and return to balance.
Join my upcoming 6-week course and learn the tools you need to thrive right here, right now.

P.S. If you check out my website or Google my name, you'll probably notice that my professional focus has mainly been on animal welfare and business. This course is separate from that.
This course is all about helping you navigate life with more ease, calm, and balance. Mindfulness has been an important part of my life for more than 10 years. After integrating it into my business coaching for many years, I decided it was time to give it more space, because I truly believe it's one of the most powerful tools for living a more balanced, joyful, and fulfilling life.
